All sales and subscriptions to SureShot Trade (including PRO plans) are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you have gained access to our premium signals and dashboard, the digital goods are considered consumed.
We do not issue refunds based on individual trading performance. While our AI and analysts strive for high accuracy, the market is highly volatile. Losing trades are a part of trading, and we hold no responsibility for such losses.
If you are on a recurring billing cycle, you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date. We will not refund payments that have already been processed.
The only exception to this rule is if you were incorrectly charged multiple times due to a verified technical error on our billing system's end.
